Johanna has been working at Ensure Recruitment since 2017 with a niche focus on Broking and Underwriting. After working for a generalist recruitment firm in London, she loved being part of an agency who truly specialises in one industry. It has given her an opportunity to provide a unique offering to her clients and candidates who can trust that we work with the best of the best.
Johanna works with candidates all over New Zealand, so in 2021, she decided to relocate from Auckland to Christchurch knowing that she could continue to work with insurance professionals no matter where they are based.
She loves exploring what the South Island has to offer and found it great working her way through all the new cafes and restaurants in Christchurch.
