Our history dates back to the launch of our first office in Sydney in February 2009 when Paul Murphy (Managing Director) noticed a distinct gap in the market for a high quality boutique specialist agency in the insurance sector that truly valued the relationship an agency holds with clients and candidates.

We have a strong sense of corporate social responsibility and for the past 3 years have supported the Starlight Foundation, a charity that makes a significant difference to terminally and seriously ill children.
