Fire & General Manager to lead their Broking team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role in a

About the Role: As the Fire & General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of advisors and supports, ensuring smooth operations, driving performance, and fostering professional growth within the team. You’ll play a key role in strategy, reporting, and leadership, working closely with senior management and directors to enhance business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and develop the Fire & General team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee renewals, processing, sales, and complaints management, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Conduct weekly team meetings, set goals, and provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
- Report on sales, development, and management metrics to senior leadership and directors.
- Collaborate with other managers and executive leadership to drive company-wide initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurers and industry stakeholders, attending relevant conferences and events.
What We’re Looking For: - Minimum 2 years in a leadership role, ideally as a Team Leader, Branch Manager, or similar within insurance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills—someone approachable, supportive, yet firm when needed.
- Ability to have tough conversations and drive performance while maintaining a positive team environment.
- A background in insurance broking or underwriting is preferred but not essential.
