We’re looking for an experienced and qualified Life & Health Insurance Broker to join a well-established team based in Masterton.

With a solid reputation in the region and backing from one of Australasia’s largest brokering networks, this is an opportunity to join a business that prides itself on high service standards and genuine client care.

What the role involves:

• Advising new and existing clients on Life & Health insurance products
• Focus on new business development with a steady stream of warm leads from Fire & General clients, walk-ins, and online enquiries
• Conducting policy reviews at renewal or upon request
• Building trusted, long-term client relationships
• This is an in-office role (not remote)

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in Life & Health insurance
• Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services
• Proven ability to build rapport and close new business
• A proactive, professional, and service-driven approach
• A team player who values a supportive and hardworking environment
