Our client is on the lookout for a highly experienced Commercial Broker to join their dynamic and growing team. This is not a people management or mentoring role — instead, it’s about becoming the go-to technical expert and trusted advisor within the team. You'll play a crucial role in supporting brokers with complex questions, managing a portfolio of key clients, and handling select new business opportunities.

This position is ideal for someone with deep commercial policy knowledge who thrives in a technical role and enjoys sharing their expertise with others in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

What you'll bring to the role:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial insurance broking
• Exceptional technical knowledge across a wide range of commercial insurance products
• Ability to confidently advise on complex risks and placement strategies
• A collaborative approach, supporting junior brokers with technical queries
• Proven experience managing high-value, longstanding client relationships
• Current Level 5 qualification
• A passion for knowledge sharing and a calm, solutions-focused attitude
