Broker Support

Due to growth, this well known insurance brokerage is looking for a new team player to support two senior brokers in the management of their portfolios.  This business is passionate about people and provide an outstanding service to their clients. 

You'll love this role for the diversity that comes with it.  For the most part you'll be supporting two brokers, but you'll also have the opportunity to look after a small book of your own! This role sits within the schemes team, meaning you'll have a lot of variety in your everyday work.

Commercial insurance experience is essential whether it be from an Insurer or another broker, you will have excellent communications skills, be proactive and able to manage your diary during peak periods.

Main responsibilities:
  • Resolve commercial fire & general insurance client queries
  • Provide a second point of contact for clients
  • Process renewals, new business, alterations and cancellations
  • Liaise with insurers on commercial insurance matters
