Broker Support

We are looking are looking for a motivated individual who has had commercial insurance experience to step into a broker support role. In this role you will be supporting a team of Account Directors in the administration and growth of their Insurance portfolio. We are passionate about people and we provide an outstanding service to our clients, who are not only based in Auckland but also stretch nationwide. 
You'll love this role for the career progression opportunities it offers and the great support network you'll have behind you.  In developing and maintaining excellent professional relationships between our Clients and Insurers, your responsibilities will include-

  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Managing the renewals process
  • Managing client accounts and queries when the broker is absent 
  • Endorsements and cancellations
  • Credit control - assist the broker to ensure premiums are collected within the required time frame
