Client Services Specialist

The Role: 

Client Services - Duties and Responsibilities

● Helping advisers service Life, Risk & medical insurance clients
● Assisting clients with inbound requests or minor changes to their policies
● Scheduling review meetings for advisers
● Assisting with claims and alterations
● Identifying other service opportunities for clients.
● Provide support and guidance to junior/external brokers

The ideal candidate will need excellent communication skills, good organisational skills and have the ability to negotiate effectively, whilst working with the team to improve their analytical problem solving.
  • Previous experience in a customer facing environment is essential.
  • 2-3 years financial service  and relationship management experience is highly desirable.
  • Good working knowledge of Insurance products and practices
  • Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel packages.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision, whilst contributing to the team environment.
