Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team in an admin support role. Within this role you will have varied responsibilities and plenty of opportunities to learn and be successful in this role.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in the creation of monthly reports, preparing spreadsheets and data entry duties
  • Reception duties
  • Providing general administration support as required by the business
  • Taking incoming calls from clients in a professional manner
  • Dealing with office supplies and arranging office functions.
  • Taking payments via phone or face to face
About you:
  • Sound working knowledge of Excel
  • Great phone manner
  • Have strong attention to detail whilst still remaining creative
  • Excellent communication skills
