Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the creation of monthly reports, preparing spreadsheets and data entry duties
- Reception duties
- Providing general administration support as required by the business
- Taking incoming calls from clients in a professional manner
- Dealing with office supplies and arranging office functions.
- Taking payments via phone or face to face
- Sound working knowledge of Excel
- Great phone manner
- Have strong attention to detail whilst still remaining creative
- Excellent communication skills
