Your role will be to provide timely and efficient support to the Advisor Relationship Manager, Business Development Managers/Distribution team and Advisors.
This role is a great mix of customer service, admin and numeracy that will require you to work across all areas of the business, providing exceptional customer service skills when dealing with Advisers and internal stakeholders.
Role and responsibilities:
- Process agency applications and agreements
- Processing commission calculations
- Management of Adviser details on Broker database
- Keep inboxes up to date and ensure a timely reply to all enquiries
- Reporting when required
Skills and attributes required:
- Experience in Insurance administration or commission calculations based role
- Exceptional customer service experience essential
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relations
- Strong head for numbers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
