Job Description
As one of three broker supports you’ll be:
- Dealing with client queries and ensuring effective resolution
- Acting as a second point of contact for clients when the Brokers are unavailable
- Processing renewals, new business, alterations & cancellations.
- Liaising with insurers on commercial insurance matters, i.e. renewals, new business, endorsements etc.
- Supporting the brokers to achieve monthly targets
You'll need to have:
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- the confidence to advise and negotiate with clients and underwriters
- the ability to build, manage and develop relationships
- numerical skills
- business acumen and commercial awareness
- the ability to plan and manage your time and to work on a number of projects concurrently
