This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, self starter to join this professional, collaborative, leading Brokerage.  With their multi national reach they are 100% committed to protecting their client's interests.

Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a strong administrator with insurance knowledge to support 2 Brokers so they can focus on delivering the best solutions for their clients.

The role includes:
  • Managing email inbox
  • Managing Broker's diaries and arranging appointments
  • Preparing clients documents/applications for all new business
  • Liaising with insurers and clients
  • Quoting
  • Database management/reviews
  • Handling initial claims queries
  • Following up on arrears
Key skills required:
  • Previous insurance experience/knowledge is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to work independently and autonomously
  • Sharp eye for detail
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills
