Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a strong administrator with insurance knowledge to support 2 Brokers so they can focus on delivering the best solutions for their clients.
The role includes:
- Managing email inbox
- Managing Broker's diaries and arranging appointments
- Preparing clients documents/applications for all new business
- Liaising with insurers and clients
- Database management/reviews
- Handling initial claims queries
- Following up on arrears
- Previous insurance experience/knowledge is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and able to work independently and autonomously
- Sharp eye for detail
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills
