Job Description
Providing insurance claims management services you will be advising Brokers and clients in respect of any issues involving claims as well facilitating the speedy settlement of Motor and Property claims both domestic and commercial.
The role:
- Dealing with of variety of client queries
- Processing claims and facilitating settlements
- Dealing with Insurers, Assessors and other Advisers
- Corresponding with clients and insurers
- Monthly reporting
- Developing and maintaining excellent professional relationships
About you:
- Motor and/or Property New Zealand claims Insurance experience essential
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to foster and build strong professional relationships
- Strong problem solving skills
- Team player
- Excellent MS Office skills
