You will walk into an established book of commercial clients, therefore its essential you have prior experience dealing with large accounts. By maintaining our strong culture and values, you will empower your staff by creating a high performance culture through coaching, leading, and motivating.
You'll have:
- The ability to service large commercial accounts, and drive new ones
- Proven experience in leading, coaching and developing a results focused and high performing team
- A strong focus on building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication with strength and experience in the art of negotiation
- Knowledge of generic Insurance Broking competencies
- A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Financial Services, Insurance or NZQA/ Insurance Industry recognised qualifications is preferred
