Job Description

This leading life insurance brand are looking for an experienced Administrator to provide support for their busy claims team to ensure a cohesive, customer focused experienced for their clients.

The role:

You'll be assisting with a wide variety of administrative tasks within the team including but not limited to:
  • Setting up and allocating new claims, assessing requirements and policy cover
  • Liaising with clients, Advisors and external stakeholders
  • Assisting team in setting up appointments
  • Processing of payments and invoices
Skills & experience:
  • Min 2 years' experience in customer service, administration
  • Insurance experience advantageous
  • Detail orientated, able to interpret policy, financial and medical information
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive and positive approach
  • To be a team player dedicated to the success of the collective goals
