Job Description

This role provides claims assessment for lump sum and low level disability income claims, including ongoing claim management.   You'll enjoy liaising with clients, advisers & treatment providers and working with a close knit, cohesive team which will enable you to learn and develop your career further.

Skills & attributes required:
  • Experience in the Life or Health Insurance sector essential
  • Life Claims experience preferred
  • Compassionate, empathetic and committed to customer service
  • Team player
  • Detailed orientated and able to interpret policy, financial and medical information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
