The role:
  • Maintain a level of service that exceeds customer expectations
  • Provide certainty for customers by effectively managing the claims lodgement process and progressing small claims.
You will need:
  • NCEA 1 Minimum
  • Previous Insurance experience required
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High work ethic and professionalism
  • Driven to meet and exceed customer experience and a passion for service delivery while maintaining a high standard of work
  • A Team player who gets involved
  • Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to show empathy and think outside the box
