We are seeking a candidate to help our business grow and succeed in a challenging and changing environment. You will be responsible for:
- managing and oversee the claims process
- understanding and conveying the inner workings of the policies being claimed against
- managing the cost of claims, keeping a commercial perspective in line with best-practice methodology
- improving workflow management and visibility in the claims portfolio
- identifying, preparing and rolling out process refinement
- providing dedicated leadership to and development of your team
- providing advice and utilising technical specialists within the organisation
- maintaining relationships across all internal and external stakeholders
- ensuring that accuracy and expectations around time frames are met – or exceeded.
