Job Description
A newly created position as a Claims Manager within a Specialist Motor Insurer has arisen. This position will enable you to create the claims philosophy and processes. Essentially you will have a clean slate but still given the full support needed to implement the processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and Delivery of Claim processes and management
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, clients and Underwriters
- Reporting
- Managing escalations
Key Attributes:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional understanding of Claims Operations and experience in Commercial Motor
- Excellent communication skills
