Job Description
The role:
- Processing all insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner
- End to end management of the claims process
- Investigating and researching customer's circumstances/cases
- Using your strong decision making skills to make sound judgments and decisions
- Proactively assessing claims by liaising with customers and suppliers for further information
- Previous insurance experience will be highly regarded
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred
- Excellent decision making skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong time management and the ability to manage a high volume workload
- Ability to pick up systems fast
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
