Job Description
The role:
- Assist with general queries and provide an exceptional customer service over the phone or via email.
- Efficiently maintain a portfolio of small claims from lodgement to closure
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of the products and provide exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- Insurance experience is preferred but not essential
- Customer service experience essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pick up new systems and processes
