- Liaise with loss adjuster, clients, brokers, service providers and insurers to ensure the claim is settled to a high level of standard
- Review quotes and authorise repairs, as instructed by loss adjuster and/or client
- Develop strong relationships with clients and brokers over phone and email
- Maintain a high standard of professional work at all times
- Assist with general enquiries
- Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service
- Insurance industry experience is ideal but not essential
- Ability to think outside the box
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Positive attitude
Participate in in-house training and mentoring programmes within the organisation.
