Job Description
We are on the hunt for a customer service professional to provide exceptional insurance support to our Auckland team.
The Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure any queries or issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients via phone and email
- Process new policies and current policy; renewals, alterations, cancellations and refunds within agreed timeframes and send out all necessary documentation as required
You will need:
- Strong customer service experience in a office based environment
- Experience in the insurance industry is desired however not essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
