The purpose of this position is to support the Account Directors in the management and growth of their Insurance portfolio by effective client query resolution and general support in all aspects of their work.
Your responsibilities will include-
- The gathering of client information to support renewal documentation
- Send renewal declarations for Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers, Annual Contract Works, and Marine Cargo policies
- Being the second point of contact for clients when brokers aren’t available
- Setting up new policies, process finance agreements for policies that are paid monthly, send out proposals and follow-up as necessary
- Credit control - assist the broker to ensure premiums are collected within the required time frame
- Supporting Account Directors to achieve monthly targets
You will need to have a general understanding of the commercial insurance market, its policies and legislation's. If you possess strong initiative and have a self-starter attitude, this is your chance to get in touch.
