The purpose of this position is to support the broking team in the management of their portfolios, through client query resolution and general support in all aspects of their work.
Your responsibilities will include-
- The gathering of client information to support renewal documentation
- Generation of Travel Insurance contacts and policies
- Being the second point of contact for clients when brokers aren’t available
- Credit control - assist the broker to ensure premiums are collected within the required timeframe
You’ll need to have a general understanding of the commercial insurance market, its policies and legislation's. If you possess strong initiative and have a self-starter attitude, this is your chance to get in touch.
