Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing documentation such as processing renewals, new business, alterations and cancellations
- Acting as a second point of contact when the broker is unavailable
- Providing general administration support as required by the team.
- Checking monthly reports and database management
- Liaising with insurers and clients
- An excellent attitude and work ethic
- Commercial Lines exposure
- Strong administration skills, coupled with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Impeccable communication skills
- Competency with Microsoft Office
