We are looking for a strong customer service professional to join this busy insurance customer service team. These pivotal roles are the first point of contact for customers via phone calls, emails, social media and written communication.

- Be assisting customers with a variety of inquiries
- Deliver effective, practical solutions to all inbound customer calls in professional manner.
- Proactively assist with policy, product, training and website suggestions and feedback.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a customer service position or insurance role.
- Contact centre experience highly regarded
- Exceptional phone manner.
- Excellent business letter and email writing skills.
- Patience/empathy for customers from a variety of cultures.
- Ability to work well in a team.
