About the role:
This is a pivotal role working in a team who are charged with delivering exceptional customer service, advice and support to their clients and Advisers. You will be fully trained and become highly knowledgeable in their products, systems and processes.
Skills and experience:
- Experience in a customer service position, previous contact centre experience preferred
- Life/Travel insurance experience an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Systems savvy
- Strong numeracy skills with a high attention to detail
- Monday - Friday 37.5 hour week
