Job Description

We currently looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to join the Customer Support team based in Northcote. 

  • Provide exceptional service for any general enquiries via phone and email
  • You will be responsible for tasks such as endorsements, credit control, debt management, reporting and policy maintenance. 
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Operations Manager and team
  • Update database with relevant and accurate information
  • Provide dealer incentive quotations and prepare incentive redemption requests for authorisation and payment to suppliers
  • Monitor and manage debt accounts to ensure there are no outstanding payments
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Customer Service / Administrative role  
  • Insurance industry experience desired
  • Think outside the box
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Good numerical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Problem solving
  • Attention to detail
