Job Description
This role is a great mix of assessing lump sum and disability claims as well as developing and implementing outcome focused case management plans to assist customers in regaining the ability to return to work.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- At least 2 years experience in Lump Sum and Monthly Claims preferred
- Vocational rehab experience working as an Allied Health professional will be highly regarded
- To be an effective communicator both verbally and written with the ability to foster strong relationships
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- To be an effective team player
