- Collect, review and monitor all relevant information to ensure accurate claims assessments, decisions and management
- Following the expected turn around times to maintain SLA's
- Keeping clients and advisers informed during the claims process
- Recording claims payments, information and decisions
- Previous claims experience essential - Life or Medical insurance preferred
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure
- High attention to detail
