- Processing medical insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner
- End to end management of the claims process
- Investigating and researching customer's circumstances/cases
- Using your strong decision-making skills to make sound judgments and decisions
- Proactively assessing claims by liaising with customers and suppliers for further information
Skills & experience required:
- Previous insurance claims experience essential
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong decision-maker
- Excellent time management and the ability to manage a high volume workload
- Ability to pick up systems fast
