About the role:
Due to growth the New Business team are looking for a customer focused, sharp administrator. This is a fast paced role where you will be managing new life insurance applications with the highest levels of customer service and accuracy.
- Working closing with the Underwriters, Key Account Managers to ensure policies are issued quickly and efficiently.
- Collating and coordinating all the necessary documentation for each application
- Maintaining relationships with Advisers and clients.
- Insurance experience preferred
- Strong customer service/coordination background
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Sharp eye for detail
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Monday - Friday 37.5 hour week
