About the role:

Due to growth the New Business team are looking for a customer focused, sharp administrator.    This is a fast paced role where you will be managing new life insurance applications with the highest levels of customer service and accuracy. 

  • Working closing with the Underwriters, Key Account Managers to ensure policies are issued quickly and efficiently.
  • Collating and coordinating all the necessary documentation for each application
  • Maintaining relationships with Advisers and clients.

Skills required:
  • Insurance experience preferred
  • Strong customer service/coordination background
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Sharp eye for detail
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
