Job Description
Due to growth the New Business team are looking for a customer focused, sharp administrator. This is a fast paced role where you will be managing new life insurance applications with the highest levels of customer service and accuracy.
This positions involves working closing with the Underwriters, Key Account Managers to ensure policies are issued quickly and efficiently. You will be responsible for collating and coordinating all the necessary documentation for each application as well as maintaining relationships with Advisors and clients.
Skills required:
- Insurance experience preferred
- Strong customer service/coordination background
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Sharp eye for detail
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
