- Assisting in the maintenance and updating of the website & intranet
- Providing systems and technology support to members
- Providing training assistance and preparing training material
- Collating and preparing analytical reports
- General admin support to the operations team
- At least 12 months administration experience
- Insurance or CRM experience will be highly regarded
- Strong IT skills, systems savvy
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn fast
