Job Description

You'll be joining a long standing NZ owned company with over 500 members who provide support, training and development programmes that are leading the way in Advisor growth.

This is a great role that offers plenty of variety, administration and customer contact.
You'll need to be a customer service guru as well as a systems savvy and a problem solving IT wiz!

The role:
  • Assisting in the maintenance and updating of the website & intranet
  • Providing systems and technology support to members
  • Providing training assistance and preparing training material
  • Collating and preparing analytical reports
  • General admin support to the operations team
You'll need:
  • At least 12 months administration experience
  • Insurance or CRM experience will be highly regarded
  • Strong IT skills, systems savvy
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn fast
