The banking environment is in transition and our client is at the forefront of putting customers where they need to be - first. Product management is a critical part of getting this right as it underpins the deep understanding of customer insights, and the development of products which are taken to market.
The majority of your responsibilities will be centered on:
- Product Management
- Market research & benefit analysis
- New Product Development
With your focus being on the customer, it's important that you're adept at both understanding their resulting needs, but also the drivers that create these.
You'll be involved in developing product strategies, and influence across a wider team. Excellence in relationships is key, as is your ability to communicate across multiple levels in the business, and externally.
With an understanding of the regulatory environment you'll be able to create and align your projects to adhere to the structures within the risk framework. In addition to the compliance elements, an eye for detail across communications, website performance and engagement or apps would be advantageous.
Exposure to managed funds, investments or financial services is necessary.
