About the role
- Management up to 10 Sales Agents to ensure targets reached daily
- Motivating, coaching and training the team
- Assisting with interviews and selection process
- Managing individual performance feedback/training for all employees
- Reporting new ideas to improve performance of the team
Skills & experience required
- Leadership experience within a sales environment
- Ability to drive sales results and achieve targets
- Experience in the insurance industry will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated success in producing a high performing team through sales and coaching strategies
- Understanding of call centre processes and procedures
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Uncapped commission + base salary
