The role:

We are currently looking for Senior Claims Case Management professionals with experience to assess and manage lump sum and monthly claims and ensuring that claims are addressed promptly.  You will be assessing medical, financial and occupational evidence and effectively communicating with Advisers, claimants, medical providers, lawyers, investigators and any other relevant party necessary during the claim case management.

You'll need:
  • Life Claims Case Management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound judgment and decision making skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Team player
  • High attention to detail
