You'll be proactively contacting customers during key points within their policy life cycle. You will also involved in the development of this key business strategy, identifying trends and areas of improvement.

- Proven retention experience within Financial Services or Insurance is essential
- Passionate about customer service & the ability to build rapport and customer loyalty
- Flexible and adaptable as this role evolves
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Products
