The role
- Effectively managing the team to deliver Claims KPI's daily, including turnaround times, productivity, quality assurance against business objectives.
- Providing coaching and support to team members.
- Developing and maintaining effective third party relationships to ensure effective cost containment.
- Leading a highly engaged team, providing regular feedback, coaching development and mentoring.
- Assisting with facilitation of change and business improvements and projects.
- Experience in leading an operational team essential
- Claims Insurance experience essential
- Travel insurance experience highly regarded
- Solutions focused with sound judgement/decision making
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure
