Skills and attributes required
- Managing and mentoring the Technical Claims team, providing technical claims expertise, support and staff development.
- Working collaboratively with the Claims Management team to implement new processes, initiatives and projects.
- Developing and managing strong relationships with service providers and procurement partners.
- Ensuring cost-effective claims service delivery.
- Managing complex claims where required.
This pivotal position requires a collaborative leader with a holistic approach. Confidence and strong financial and business acumen are key as is your desire to deliver excellent customer service and outcomes.
