Job Description
Reporting to the National Sales Manager the overall objective of the position is to initiate and maintain relationships to grow profitable insurance sales and provide training and support for sales agents of the organisation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- ensuring that sales agents have a complete knowledge of the companies products
- ensuring that the sales agents have the required skills to build profitable business and that they are aware of their legal obligations
- developing and continuously improve training programmes and materials
- developing and facilitate an on-boarding program for new recruits
- working collaboratively with the National Sales Manager and Account Managers to support them and maximise opportunities
