We are looking for candidates with excellent attention to detail and strong decision making skills to join the growing team of Travel Insurance Claims Assessors.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with professional, team orientated employees.

As a Claims Assessor you will;
  • Processing all travel insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • End to end management of the claims process
  • Investigating and researching customer's circumstances/cases
  • Using your strong decision making skills to make sound judgments and decisions
  • Proactively assessing claims by liaising with customers and suppliers for further information
All we need from you is;
  • At least 12 months Administration and/or customer service experience
  • Insurance experience will be highly regarded
  • Excellent decision making skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong time management and the ability to manage a high volume workload
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
You must be available to start and begin training 16th October 2017
