This is a busy role with lots of variety. You'll enjoy managing a portfolio of leisure, student and corporate travel claims from end to end as well as providing exceptional customer service, solutions and advice to customers. This is not a call centre role and is highly administrative but you must be confident in picking up the phone and discussing claims with claimants and suppliers for further information.
Skills & attributes required:
- Insurance claims experience is essential
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service and solutions
- Team orientated and can do attitude
- Strong MS office skills
