Job Description

Due to growth we are looking for a number of Customer Service professionals to join this well known brand.  These are pivotal roles are the first point of contact for customers via phone calls, emails and written communication.

As a Travel Insurance Consultant you will;
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering effective, practical solutions to all inbound customer emails in professional manner.
  • Be assisting customers with a variety of enquiries such as travel insurance quotes, medical assessments, claims assistance as well as support desk for online sales.
  • Proactively assist with policy, product, training and website suggestions and feedback.
Experience required;
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a customer service position or insurance or travel role.
  • Contact centre experience will be highly regarded.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent business letter and email writing skills.
  • Patience/empathy for customers from a variety of cultures.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
You must have full time, perm working rights for NZ, be available to start February 12th 2018 and work 10.30 - 7.00 pm.
