This is a pivotal role working in a team who are charged with delivering exceptional customer service, advice and support to their partners and customers. You will be full trained and become highly knowledgeable in their products, systems and processes.
You will need:
- Previous contact centre experience essential
- Insurance experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Systems savvy
- Strong numeracy skills with a high attention to detail
