Every candidate represented by Ensure Recruitment will be presented in a branded candidate report template with a full profile of the candidate. As a personalised service we are also able to customise these reports to meet our client’s requirements and details they would like included.
Interview and Offer Process
Following submission of the candidate report, Ensure Recruitment will ensure that we manage the subsequent interview process, thorough reference checking and offer process. We maintain a high level of contact throughout the recruitment process and keep our clients up to date on any other employment opportunities that a candidate may be considering. This high level of candidate contact ensures that our client’s opportunity is consistently at the top of our candidate's mind and as such there are no surprises at the offer stage.
Offer and Acceptance

Upfront, we will provide our clients with a candidate's currently salary package, expected salary package and our recommendation if this in is line with the external market. By managing this process proactively at the start of the process in understanding our client's salary range and also qualifying our candidate's expectations, we have a exceptionally high offer to acceptance ratio.
We recognise that changing jobs can be a exciting time for a candidate however it can also be a highly challenging and difficult time for some. Ensure Recruitment remains in contact with our candidates throughout the entire on boarding period and beyond. This close contact and relationship will highlight any difficulties a candidate may experience during their settling in period so that this can be addressed and minimises the risk of losing the candidate.
During the on-boarding period we will also keep in regular contact with the hiring manager to ensure that our candidate is meeting expectations on performance and cultural fit into the team to ensure smooth transition. At the end of each successful assignment we seek confidential feedback on our services through a short 5 question feedback form as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.
