This successful, New Zealand–owned insurance brokerage is in growth mode and on the hunt for an experienced Claims Advisor to join their collaborative and supportive team.

About the Role

You’ll manage a varied portfolio of Fire & General claims across both domestic and commercial lines, providing high-quality claims support to an established book of long-standing clients. You’ll build trusted relationships, advocate for clients, and continue developing your skills with ongoing training across all products.

Once fully trained, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of working from home one day per week.

• Proven experience in commercial insurance claims essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Confident using MS Word and Excel
