This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing People team where you'll play a pivotal role in building the technical capability of a Personal Lines insurance (motor, property etc...) Claims portfolio.

This isn't your typical Learning & Development role.
You will;
- Design, develop and deliver engaging technical learning programs for General Insurance Claims.
- Take ownership of the training requirements for the claims function
- Create and maintain high-quality learning resources, including facilitator guides, eLearning modules, assessments and system documentation.
You'll be someone who enjoys translating technical concepts into engaging learning experiences and building strong relationships across the business.
Your background and experience will include;
- Strong experience within Personal lines Insurance Claims Training & Development.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with learning tools and learning management systems.
- A proactive, curious and collaborative approach
